Q: Do you have a listing of part that you can fix?
A: Yes. Take a look at our parts page. You can create a login and browse or search items that we can service.

Q: I don't see my parts listed on your site, can you fix it?

Q: Why do I have to sign up to see your parts list?
A: We like to know who is looking at our listings. Any information that you give us by signing up is used only by Control Boards Plus. Plus, it provides us with a way to better communicate and provide extra information to our clients and potential clients. If you don't want to sign up, but are still interested in our services, head to our contact page and drop us a line.

Q: Do I need an RMA number to send in my board?
A: Yes,If want to do an exchange.
A: No, If it is for a repair.

Q: How long is your warranty?
A: One year from the date of repair.

Q: Do I  need to call you everytime I want something repaired?
A: No, unless you are unsure of the price- Just send your PO inside the box with the defective boards.
We will call you if there is a price discrepancy, and hold off on repairs until we receive your approval.

Q: Do I need to set up an account with Control Boards Plus first before we start sending in items for repair?
A: No. Your account will be set up automatically when we receive your first shipment for repairs, or, your first PO by email or fax.
